Job summary

The Digital Media Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the company’s digital presence and strengthening its corporate image across various online platforms.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and support the company’s marketing objectives through innovative content, well-structured digital campaigns, and data-driven performance analysis.

The role also requires a deep understanding of digital market and the ability to leverage modern tools and platforms to achieve maximum reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate).
  • Implement continuous improvements to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and service providers.
  • Contributes to the development of the digital brand strategy.
  • Manage digital tools and marketing automation platforms to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging materials aligned with the real estate brand identity.
  • Ensure all digital materials comply with brand guidelines, cultural standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of the annual digital plan in collaboration with the team.
  • Identify and apply emerging digital technologies and trends that enhance marketing performance.
  • Conduct competitor and market trend analysis across digital channels.
  • Prepare monthly digital performance reports and dashboards, providing insights and analysis to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital media or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, analytics tools, and content creation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
