About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical E-Commerce Specialist to support and optimize our online business operations in KSA. This role is responsible for driving online sales performance, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring seamless execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of ECCO’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring products, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.
• Responsible for marketplace product listings and end-to-end order management.
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
• Monitor website performance, analyze sales trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support digital campaigns and promotions by ensuring timely uploads and accurate product display.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on brand strategy and digital best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and online sales operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
