Job Summary

Duties
- Develop comprehensive media plans that align with marketing objectives, focusing on performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate networks.
- Manage end-to-end PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct detailed web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Implement conversion rate optimization techniques by analyzing data trends and adjusting campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
- Oversee media buying activities across various platforms, ensuring strategic placement and audience targeting to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies with SEO efforts for holistic digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools such as SEO tools, Google AdWords updates, DoubleClick platform features, and new social media advertising options to continually refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate marketing networks.
- Expertise in PPC campaign management from keyword research through ad copywriting to bid management across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance and user engagement.
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles, SEM strategies, media planning, media buying techniques, and conversion optimization practices.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes for digital campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of resources while meeting KPIs.
- Experience working within e-commerce environments or online retail settings is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively. Hybrid - 3 Days a Week in NYC Office (M, T, TR)/ 2 Days from Home (W,F)
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
