The Digital Multimedia Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia content while supporting marketing activities across the brand's digital and traditional channels. The role requires strong design skills, proficiency in multimedia tools, and an understanding of digital marketing. The specialist will create visual assets, support campaigns, manage content calendars, and contribute to strengthening the brand’s presence.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the brand image, storytelling, and digital presence.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, audio, and motion graphics.
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, campaigns, and monthly content calendars.
- Create social media assets and basic captions aligned with brand tone.
- Adapt content for various platforms (social media, website, email, in-branch screens, presentations).
- Coordinate with Branch, Community, and Sales teams to gather content requirements.
- Manage content libraries, schedule posts, and upload materials across platforms.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and content research to support campaign development.
- Track content and campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure optimized digital assets.
- Support events, activations, partnerships, and PR initiatives with required visual materials.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery.
