Digital Operations Specialist at Side By Side Ops

Are you hardworking, punctual, and ready to take full responsibility for your work? We are looking for a versatile team member to join our growing operations at Side By Side Ops.

The Role:

This is a full-time, strictly physical, on-site job. Your working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no hybrid or work-from-home options. You will be handling a wide variety of tasks, from managing customer emails to using the latest websites and software to support our daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent written English and strong comprehension skills. A university degree is preferred, but your actual ability to understand context, grasp the nuances of the language, and communicate effectively is what truly matters to us.
• Tech-savvy and completely comfortable learning and navigating new software. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini is required, and you should be highly comfortable using them.
• Competency in photo and video editing using software like Canva, Photoshop, or any other video AI tool is a massive plus.
• A punctual, hardworking attitude with a strong sense of ownership over your tasks.
