Digital Operations Team Lead (Performance Marketing, SEO, Website)

The Digital Operations Team Lead will oversee all aspects of digital performance — including paid marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and website management. This role requires an analytical, strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Manage website optimization, updates, and ensure smooth functionality and UI/UX consistency.

· Oversee SEO efforts — including keyword strategy, content optimization, backlinks, and technical SEO.

· Analyze campaign data and prepare reports on ROI, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to align digital execution with brand goals.

· Supervise digital operations staff and coordinate with developers and marketing specialists.

· Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

· Stay updated with platform changes, industry tools, and evolving ad policies.

Required Skills:

· Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

· Experience managing website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website back-end management (preferred).

· Excellent project management and team coordination abilities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record in managing SEO, paid campaigns, and website performance.
