Job Purpose
To drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across Qatar, Jordan, and Iraq markets by optimizing aggregator partnerships, ensuring efficient operations, and maximizing ROI on marketing and commercial initiatives. The role acts as the in-house expert on aggregator platforms, defining growth strategies, streamlining operations, safeguarding guest experience, and leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver business targets.
The individual will be responsible for Qatar, Jordan, and Iraq markets, including:

Growing revenue to target across multiple brands and aggregators

Minimizing non-commission spend on aggregators (marketing, compensations, credits, etc.)

Maximizing aggregator platform efficiency to capture and process orders effectively
Key Responsibilities

Define the growth strategy for each brand and aggregator under ownership

Build strong relationships with aggregator partners and support senior management during negotiations and contract renewals

Act as the in-house expert on aggregator landscape, market dynamics, trends, and potential disruptions across responsible markets

Lead aggregator operations management with internal operational stakeholders
-
Streamline ways of working with aggregators, including IT and process improvement initiatives
-
Manage and optimize marketing spend on aggregator platforms to ensure maximum ROI for the business

Handle performance marketing activities, campaign ROI analysis, and budget optimization across aggregator platforms
-
Provide disciplined visibility into business performance through dashboards, scorecards, reporting matrices, and Excel/Google Sheets models to support data-driven decision-making

Ensure completion of projects and initiatives to meet KPIs through strong stakeholder management across technology, finance, revenue management, operations, and aggregator partners

Report and articulate project and business progress in both formal and informal settings

Demonstrate a structured and disciplined approach to project management, prioritization, delegation, and follow-up

Forecast annual sales and transaction targets with monthly, weekly, and daily breakdowns

Develop monthly and weekly marketing plans to achieve commercial targets while considering brand and channel cannibalization

Minimize marketing and operational spend on aggregators while maximizing conversions and profitability
-
Control additional aggregator-related expenses such as credits, compensations, and commission increases due to threshold breaches
-
Identify key revenue and profitability drivers including transactions, average check, sales mix, and order frequency, and incorporate them into growth plans

Liaise with Brand, FP&A, and franchisor teams to secure alignment, approvals, and DOA for forecasts and growth initiatives

Define and track guest experience KPIs on aggregator platforms, including store ratings and customer satisfaction metrics

Create and drive intervention plans to address guest experience gaps in collaboration with Brand, Home Delivery, and Contact Center operations teams

Define and manage aggregator rollout playbooks for new market or platform launches while ensuring operational readiness and positive guest experience

Manage aggregator partner portals, campaign planning tools, and operational systems effectively to support business growth and execution

Support Brand, Home Delivery, and Contact Center operations teams on aggregator-related initiatives when required
Qualification, Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
-
8–10 years of experience within e-commerce, agency, food tech, retail, or multi-brand organizations in revenue or growth-focused roles
-
Background within QSR, food tech, FMCG, or multi-brand F&B environments
-
Strong experience in data analytics and Excel modelling within food tech, F&B, or FMCG industries
-
Experience managing aggregator platforms in high-volume, multi-brand environments
-
Experience negotiating with aggregators or managing aggregator-related commercial ownership/P&L responsibilities
