We are looking for a passionate and analytical Digital Performance Marketing Executive to own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple online channels. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth through performance-focused marketing strategies, creative experimentation, and data-backed optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics, and enjoys translating data into actionable marketing insights.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Optimization
Plan, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance platforms.
Continuously optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CAC, and ROAS, ensuring maximum return on ad spend.
Manage ad budgets strategically to achieve marketing and business objectives.
2. Growth & Conversion Strategy
Design and execute acquisition funnels tailored to different customer segments (B2C, B2B, and B2B2C).
Improve lead quality and conversion rates through performance-driven creative and landing page optimization.
Implement best practices in ad copywriting, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
3. Analytics & Insights
Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and recommend strategic next steps.
Leverage data to identify growth opportunities, audience behaviors, and campaign optimization areas.
4. Collaboration & Creative Direction
Work closely with the design and content teams to produce compelling visuals, ad creatives, and messaging aligned with campaign goals.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share insights to inform creative and audience strategies.
5. Experimentation & Innovation
Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, CTAs, and audience segments to improve performance efficiency.
Explore emerging digital marketing trends, channels, and tools to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems, campaign metrics, and attribution models.
Proficiency in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Creativity in approaching audience engagement and marketing experimentation.
