Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven App Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the SEO, ASO, and digital performance marketing efforts for the Dreamchild App. This role is responsible for increasing app visibility, installs, and engagement through strategic organic and paid marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, ASO, campaign management, and analytics, with the ability to guide internal teams using actionable insights. You will collaborate across departments to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth in the parenting, Garbhsanskar, and wellness space.
App Growth & Digital Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3+ years in SEO, ASO, Digital Marketing Analysis, and Campaign Management
Educational Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
Industry Experience: EdTech, HealthTech, Parenting, Wellness, or App-based Startups
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management
Plan & execute on-page & off-page SEO; keyword optimisation, and traffic analysis
ASO Strategy
Optimize app titles, descriptions, visuals; A/B test on Google Play & App Store
Paid Campaigns
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google UAC, YouTube, and other paid ad platforms
Analytics & Reports
Track KPIs: installs, CTR, CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS using tools like Firebase, GA, AppsFlyer.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with content, graphics, and tech teams to align growth strategies
Strategy & Planning
Drive monthly growth plans, retention initiatives, and market targeting strategies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
