Job Purpose:

To lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of digital initiatives and transformation programs across the organization. The role ensures that digital projects are strategically aligned, properly prioritized, and effectively tracked to deliver measurable business value and operational impact.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain the digital roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and transformation objectives.
• Lead digital portfolio planning, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, business units, and technology teams to translate strategic goals into executable digital plans.
• Monitor progress of digital projects and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the performance and impact of digital initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and updates on digital program performance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource gaps across digital initiatives and recommend mitigation plans.
• Support governance processes related to digital investments and approvals.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, and architecture teams to ensure compliance and integration standards.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
