Magnum Dental Clinic is one of Dubai’s leading dental clinic groups with 4 branches across Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Lake Towers, and Arjan. With over 1,100 Google reviews and a 4.9-star rating, we are growing fast and looking for the right person to lead our marketing and PR.

The Role:

This is not a social media manager role. We are looking for a results-driven marketer who understands digital PR, media relations, SEO, and the new world of AI search (GEO — Generative Engine Optimization). You will be responsible for making Magnum the most visible and recommended dental clinic in Dubai — on Google, on ChatGPT, on Claude, and in Dubai’s top publications.

What You Will Do:

• Build relationships with editors and journalists at Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Time Out Dubai, and What’s On Dubai

• Write and distribute press releases via PRNewswire and similar platforms

• Create SEO and GEO-optimized content for all 4 branch pages

• Manage and optimize all 4 Google Business Profiles daily

• Get Magnum featured in “best dental clinic Dubai” articles and AI search results

• Monitor weekly whether Magnum appears in ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for key searches

• Manage listings on Practo, HealthFinder, AvailableClinics, and other directories

• Engage in Dubai community groups on Reddit and Facebook for organic visibility

• Manage a small external agency or freelancer budget for paid placements

• Report directly to clinic ownership with clear monthly KPIs

What We Are Looking For:

• 4–7 years of marketing experience in UAE — healthcare or clinic background strongly preferred

• Has personally pitched and secured coverage in UAE publications — must provide live links

• Understands SEO and can explain GEO / AI search optimization

• Strong English writing skills — you will be writing articles and press releases yourself

• Has existing contacts at Dubai media outlets — this is a must, not a nice to have

• Self-starter who works independently without needing daily direction

• Arabic language skills are a bonus

What We Offer:

• Salary: AED 10,000–15000 depending on experience

• Based at our DSO branch, Dubai
