Digital Press Operator

High-producing luxury real estate brokerage seeks a full-time digital press operator as part of a larger, professional level agent support group. This production-oriented position’s main focus is to assist our design marketing team in completing their vision as they move our agent's businesses forward throughout the real estate process implementing our high-end brand standards.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run Xerox printers using Fiery Command Work Station
• Operate the Duplo cutter for various finishing options
• Print and finish products like brochures, postcards, gift tags, booklets & presentations
• Keep printers and cutters in good shape with regular cleaning and calibration
• Manage media and print supply inventory (paper, toner, drums, waste cartridges, recycling retunrs)
• Troubleshoot issues when prints or cuts don’t come out right
• Work with the front desk/design team to make sure jobs are completed on time and look great
• Package jobs for shipping to various locations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience running Xerox printers, Fiery Command Work Station, and Duplo cutters (or similar equipment & software)
• Good understanding of digital printing and cutting workflows
• Detail-oriented and organized — you like things to come out perfect
• Reliable and able to handle multiple jobs at once
• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
