Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Digital Printing Machine Operator to handle a wide range of printing and finishing operations. The candidate should be experienced with Canon ImagePress, flex and vinyl printing machines, sublimation printing, screen printing, and stamp making, along with cutting, die-cutting, and acrylic machines. Basic graphic design knowledge is required to prepare and adjust files for high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Canon ImagePress and large-format digital printers.
• Run flex and vinyl printing machines for signage, banners, and displays.
• Handle sublimation printing on garments, mugs, and promotional items.
• Perform screen printing and rubber stamp making as per client orders.
• Operate cutting, die-cut, and acrylic processing machines.
• Prepare and adjust artwork files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
• Ensure accurate color calibration, print finishing, and quality standards.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Manage materials and consumables (inks, vinyl, sublimation paper, screens, stamps, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design and production team to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital and traditional printing operations.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Canon ImagePress digital printing
• Flex & vinyl printing machines
• Sublimation printing
• Screen printing
• Stamp making
• Cutting, die-cutting & acrylic machines
• Basic proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw).
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple jobs under tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,400.00 - QAR3,700.00 per month
