Digital Print Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join our vibrant production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-end digital printing equipment to produce vibrant, high-quality print materials that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will ensure that each project is executed efficiently, accurately, and with a keen eye for color fidelity and finishing details. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital printing technology, contributing to innovative print advertising campaigns and custom print solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing presses (Xerox, KM, Roland) and related machinery(Guillotine cutter, laminators), ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
• Prepare files using prepress workflows, including color management and layout design adjustments to meet project requirements.
• Conduct color calibration and management to ensure consistent color accuracy across all printed materials.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring cleanliness of the workspace.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to review print layouts, proofs, and specifications before production begins.
• Utilize skills in binding, bookmaking, heat-press, plotter, sign making when necessary for finishing or specialized print jobs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating digital printing equipment with a strong understanding of screen printing, flexo press, or similar machinery.
• Proficiency in prepress processes, including file preparation, layout design, and typography adjustments.
• Strong knowledge of color management techniques using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and print advertising standards.
• Ability to perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with manufacturing environments or laser engraving is a plus.
