Motifz Textile is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Printing Machine Head to lead our Digital Printing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to digital textile printing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in every process. This is a key leadership role requiring technical proficiency, team management skills, and a strong understanding of textile printing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Digital Printing Department.
• Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all digital printing machines (e.g., MS, Reggiani, Atexco, etc.).
• Oversee color management, fabric pre-treatment, and print quality control.
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with the design, dyeing, and finishing departments to ensure workflow integration.
• Train and guide operators and technical staff for optimal performance.
• Maintain machinery logs, calibration records, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers for machine parts, inks, and consumables procurement.

Requirements:

• Education: DAE (Textile), B.Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in digital textile printing, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with leading digital printing machines and RIP software.
• Strong understanding of color management, textile substrates, and ink technologies.
• Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of digital printers.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and quality assurance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
