Accompany USA is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Printing Operator to join our growing production team. This position is responsible for operating UV full-color digital printing equipment used to decorate drinkware, bags, and promotional products. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role offers hands-on experience with advanced printing technology and opportunities for growth within a leading promotional products supplier.

Responsibilities

• Operate UV digital printing machines to produce high-quality full-color imprints on drinkware, bags, and other promotional products.
• Set up print jobs, prepare artwork files, and ensure proper positioning and alignment before production.
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products and conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals while adhering to quality standards.
• Handle and organize inventory, work-in-progress, and completed orders.
• Work closely with the Art Department and Production Team to resolve artwork or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating digital printing equipment, UV printers, screen printing equipment, or similar production machinery preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin communication skills are preferred but not required.
