POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Process & AI Analytics Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the modernization of business processes across AirLife through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and practical AI applications. This role partners cross-functionally to evaluate manual and Excel-based workflows and transform them into scalable, data-driven solutions while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of predictive analytics concepts including forecasting, regression, classification, and trend analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
  • Exposure to Python, AutoML platforms, or AI/ML tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and business applications.
  • Ability to evaluate manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables).
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
  • High attention to data integrity and ethical AI usage.

Level of Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, or related field. Internship or project-based experience involving predictive analytics or automation preferred.

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required. Certifications or coursework in AI, analytics, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus.

Travel:

  • Minimal travel expected, as needed by business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with stakeholders to document and analyze current manual and Excel-based processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance decision-making through automation and predictive analytics.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools integrating predictive insights.
  • Assist in building automation workflows using enterprise-approved tools.
  • Support development of forecasting and predictive models for demand planning, inventory optimization, and quality monitoring.
  • Validate and improve data quality across systems.
  • Provide training and support to business users on newly deployed tools.
  • Measure and report impact of implemented improvements including cycle time reduction and working capital improvements.
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and Quality Management System requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
