Purpose of the Job:
- This opportunity will see you being a key part of the team and contributing towards a recently launched fully digital bank in improving the existing products/services/features and building new ones by working closely with the Senior Stakeholders as well as the Product Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The role must execute the following core responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of digital banking
- Ability to handle stakeholders at different levels
- Breakdown of epics/features into user stories in discussion with business / PO to enable incremental value delivery
- Define Acceptance Criteria and ensure all requirements fulfilled
- Ensure the scrum team(s) fully understands the content and the business value of the user story
- Ensure user stories in the backlog follow the agreed structure
- Ensure the scrum team(s) have a prioritized and estimated backlog according to business priorities
- Work closely with business/PO to maintain a proper product backlog
- Experience in handling user story grooming sessions
- Work with business / product owner to manage cross-product dependencies and risks
- Good understanding of various applications like MS Dynamics 365 CRM suite of products, Cloud and Mobile Technologies & digital architecture.
- Work with your Scrum Master and work on the key areas for improvement.
- Work closely with PO and Business Divisions to agree on short-, medium- and long-term priorities
- Work with architecture team for technical designs / solutions and ensure they meet the requirements
- Work closely with the Product Support team to record, monitor and drive customer defects to closure
- Experience in conducting demo and performing UAT on the current release with PO and other stakeholders to ensure all new and existing features are working as expected
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree
- Extensive Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in Banking domain
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Experience in Confluence and Jira
- Experience working with product/ technology delivery teams and providing end user support
