High performance team member needed to organize, coordinate and perform digital production activities for various General Mills websites and other distribution methods as business dictates.
This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, publishing teams, and developers to translate marketing and content needs into clear requirements and execution plans.
Work closely with the Producers to update/create websites and internal web tools to make them more efficient. Will also be responsible for creating innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability. Will track delivery progress, manage timelines, and ensure smooth coordination across global teams.

Work directly with various stakeholders to make sure the requirements get completed on time.
There needs to be close interaction and collaboration with:
- Global business teams (Marketing/BX/Core sites/branded sites teams) to gather project requirements
- Our digital agency partners/SEO partners to customized content generated
- Manage contractors (from resource planning, to work delivery and review) to do the publishing for respective brands
- QA team to make sure all updates are made, and the site is good to go
- Web hosting team for domain requirements
Requirement Gathering & Business Coordination:

Partner with marketing and brand teams to understand content and website requirements.

Translate business needs into structured briefs and publishing/development tasks.

Facilitate prioritization meetings and sprint planning with content and tech teams.
Content Management System:
Work closely with content partners and ad-hoc teams to communicate requirements and create websites with high-quality content across different brands and countries.
Tasks include:
- Understand and analyze content to fit the platform
- Ensure content is updated within timelines and data quality is achieved
- Check Page Layouts and Review HTML coding to fix issues if any

. Project & Delivery Management
- Monitor the teams shared mailbox. Respond to clients on queries or requests. Provide solution to queries or guide the clients. Commit on timelines, allocate requests, and communicate back once work is completed.
- Add and Assign projects to the team through JIRA. Ensure completion of the same before / on due date. Maintain ongoing communication with requestor regarding project concerns, any changes in due dates / resource availability, etc

Track requests and delivery status using JIRA or similar tools. Update JIRA with the feedback and ensure corrective steps are taken.

Coordinate with publishing, QA, and development teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain project trackers, update stakeholders, and flag risks proactively.

Work as a Subject Matter Expert on the functional domain and support the team for functional queries. Troubleshoot queries on floor and escalate to manager as needed
