Digital Producer IV

As a Digital Producer IV on the Agency Systems & Experience team, you will be responsible for enabling efficient, scalable digital delivery across the Agency Distribution group, with a focus on ForAgentsOnly.com and Portfolio Quoting platforms. This role leads the end‑to‑end production lifecycle for the most complex and high‑impact digital initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation, clear workflows, and consistent execution standards.
As a senior leader within the digital organization, you’ll partner closely with IT, agency products and UX business stakeholders to standardize practices, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the quality and consistency of digital delivery across the enterprise.
You’ll play a key role in bringing transparency to the work by building dashboards, tracking demand and throughput, and helping partners and leaders understand priorities, progress, team contributions, and business impact
This role is remote‑eligible with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio.
Must‑Have Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in digital production or project management
  OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design, Management, Marketing, or a related field, plus a minimum of five years of experience in digital production or project management

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of PGR Agency systems and end‑to‑end processes, with demonstrated proficiency in For Agents Only (FAO) and Portfolio Quoting platforms
• Strong project management and operational delivery skills
• Experience with tools such as Scrum, Agile, Azure DevOps (AzDO), Wrike, and SharePoint (preferred skillset, not required)
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives, information, and stakeholders with minimal oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate digital and UX value, scope, and responsibilities to cross‑functional partners, both internally and externally
• Proven ability to independently lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse business units to drive outcomes and achieve shared goals

Compensation

• $107,550 – $119,500 per year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive opportunity of up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance

Given the anticipated interest in this role, we will be hosting two information session on Friday, May 1st from 12:30pm – 1pm and Tuesday, May 5th from 12:30pm – 1pm (ET).
