Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do
The Digital Product Manager will lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of our digital platforms, championing a culture of innovation and enhancement. Operating within the Brand Communications team, this role will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our website and key digital experiences, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and user needs. This position will serve as the central communication hub across cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis.

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our website and key digital experience platforms.

  • Serve as the primary owner of the product roadmap, managing the product backlog and prioritizing feature development to ensure our digital initiatives align with business goals and member needs.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through development, deploy, and post-deployment analysis.

  • Lead the charge on implementing a culture of ongoing enhancements to our digital products and processes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, serving as the key communication hub to deliver new features and product enhancements, always with an eye toward optimizing performance and user experience.

  • Provide technical insights and recommendations, helping the team understand the implications of proposed changes and new features.

  • Oversee and monitor integrations with other systems to ensure a seamless and reliable digital experience for our users.

  • Present and advocate for new features and enhancements to leadership, securing buy-in for key initiatives.


Experience and Skills:

What You’ll Bring to CHA

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing digital products.

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms like Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a solid understanding of website development processes.

  • Proven ability to manage project queues and product backlogs in an agile or similar environment.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. The ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders is essential.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $80,000 Max: $160,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
