Job Purpose:

Digital Product Manager manages the end-to-end status and progress of digital assets being covered under a single OR multiple brands. Digital Product Manager role is a combination of Product management and Analytics and responsibilities include the coordination and completion of product backlog on time within Scope and ensuring the growth targets are met. The role also entails preparing executive reporting and insights for Americana leadership regarding the overall trend of the business.

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and optimization of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and drive measurable results.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and coordinating releases.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation across iOS and Android applications
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Monitor product performance against key metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue) and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present product updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Deliver measurable impact across key metrics such as Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue etc.
  • Conceptualize PRDs that effectively articulate user benefits, business benefits, KPIs and unique use cases for new products, product features and improvements
  • Create detailed wireframes, process flow diagrams, user stories for each unique use case
  • Create a product charter and consequent product backlog for implementation
  • Create business ready content and collateral for presentation amongst leadership to communicate results and impact
  • Collaborate with with UI/UX designers to complete wireframing and visual design journeys
  • Working closely with development and QA teams for successfully implementing and launching new products, features and feature improvements
  • Working with Marketing and Brand teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for successfully promoting new products, new features and other experience related improvements
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Business to work and plan sprints and execute features as per a product charter
  • Closely monitoring new product performance, product features and feature improvements regularly
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business, marketing and other relevant stakeholders wherever required on a Product requirement basis
  • Presenting insights to stakeholders and making data driven recommendations and decisions to improve product performance
  • Conducting due-diligence on new potential partners to improve product performance and success as well as preparing and presenting comparative analysis to key stakeholders
  • Conducting post-mortem analysis/RCA after the launch of a new product, product feature or feature improvement to determine successes challenges and future improvements
  • Review the analysis done by other relevant contributors within the team such as CRO consultant, Analysts and present them to the leadership
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Digital analytics and e-commerce industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or an MBA from top-tier institutions
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and features.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in conceptualizing the product roadmap and charter for execution
  • Comfortable in working with project management tools like JIRA
  • Proficient in crafting leadership communication & executive reporting for business impact
  • Adept at handling dashboarding tools like Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI
  • Familiarity in working with tools like: Google Analytics, FireBase and/or BigQuery
  • Experience in setting up and running AB tests across digital assets and monitoring progress
  • Operating & setting up video recording, heatmaps and scrollmaps on digital assets
  • Hands-on experience in crafting executive reporting and leadership communication
  • Experience in conceptualizing and running user surveys along with summarizing results
  • Proficient in working with tools like Hotjar, FullStory, VWO, Pagesense. MS Clarity, Clevertap etc.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn to deal with ambiguous business situations
