Digital Product Specialist

Job Description

• Define the digital product roadmap in line with the company’s digitalization and technology vision, shaping the product strategy according to strategic objectives.
• Manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate MVP planning, iterative development, feedback collection, and release management processes.
• Analyze requests from business units, clarify requirements, and prepare detailed business needs such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with software development, UI/UX, data, testing, and operations teams to ensure the product is developed in line with objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; provide regular updates on product progress, roadmap, and priorities; and manage stakeholder expectations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Successfully managed multiple digital products from ideation to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional software teams and managing product roadmaps.
• Product management and business analysis certifications (PSPO, CSPO, PMI-PBA, SAFe Product Owner) are preferred.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile methodologies are considered an additional advantage.
