Digital Production Designer/Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Production Designer/Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing marketing and creative team. This is a multi-purpose position combining graphic design, video, marketing, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality visuals, contribute to marketing campaigns, and manage our digital and social media presence to build stronger engagement with our communities.

This individual will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of print and digital materials that reflect our brand’s identity and mission. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is highly organized, and can balance multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Lead and execute the design of creative assets across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

  • Design and develop creative assets including:
    • Brochures, posters, business cards, and event collateral
    • Billboards and large-scale advertising materials
    • Infographics, educational visuals, and branded templates
    • Social media graphics and digital campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across Alliance Orthopedics, Alliance Performance, and Alliance Health System.
  • Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, communications, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • (Bonus) Create motion graphics and animations for video or social campaigns.

Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across print, web, and digital platforms.

  • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to develop content that supports growth initiatives and patient engagement.
  • Track performance of campaigns and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Social Media Strategy

  • Assist and manage content calendars for social media platforms.

  • Create engaging posts tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of social media trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and/or social media management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UX/UI design is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of design work paired with evidence of successful social media or marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, digital storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
