Position Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Digital Products Coordinator to manage, support, and optimize our digital product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital innovation, user experience, and product lifecycle coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, launch, and maintenance of digital products and services
• Support product teams in planning, testing, and deployment processes
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for improvements
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams
• Manage product documentation, updates, and digital assets
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
• Ensure consistency in product quality and user experience
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of product milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Experience in digital products, e-services, or tech coordination preferred
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and product workflows
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously
