What you'll actually do

• Turn department input into project tasks, deadlines, and weekly schedules.
• Update Notion/Trello boards and keep the whole team on track.
• Follow up with team members across content, web, data, and tech.
• Prepare briefs, sync meetings, and unblock project delays.
• Report progress to the founder and suggest improvements.
• Help launch exciting projects like podcast series, new lead funnels, or content libraries.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in marketing, media, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role within 12-18 months.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment.
