Digital Project Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Account Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to clients.
• Project Management
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing and sales-related projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, Developers, Designers, Content, Sales) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee project workflows using tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Anticipate risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure projects remain within scope and budget.
• Digital Marketing & Sales Oversight
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute digital campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize results for clients.
• Support sales strategies by aligning deliverables with revenue goals.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations without errors and align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks before client submission to minimize revisions.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership
• Guide and mentor team members to improve project efficiency and accountability.
• Maintain strong collaboration between internal departments for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Education & Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and project/account management in a marketing agency setting.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Web Development).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – must be able to confidently manage client calls and emails.
• Proven ability to manage multiple US-based accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Other Requirements:
• Comfortable working remotely in a structured environment.
• Availability during US business hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
• Strong interpersonal skills, client handling expertise, and problem-solving attitude.
