We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Digital Records Assistant to help organize, maintain, and update company files and digital documents. This position supports daily administrative operations by ensuring records are accurate, properly stored, and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital files and company records
• Upload, rename, and categorize electronic documents
• Review records for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
• Assist with document retrieval and file management requests
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
• Communicate with team members regarding record updates and missing information
• Perform general administrative support tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required
