Job Overview

Ethisol Marketing Firm is seeking a confident and results-driven Digital Sales & Client Support Executive to handle online client communication, provide digital support, and close sales through chat-based platforms such as WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach with the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients through WhatsApp and online chat
• Present and explain company services clearly to clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in digital sales, customer support, or chat-based sales
• Ability to convince clients and close deals
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and online tools
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Basic computer and internet skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or online services
• Prior experience handling international clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
