.The primary objective of this role is to maximize lead conversion by engaging prospective customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, nurturing customer interest, and converting leads into showroom visits and vehicle sales. This role serves as the first point of contact for many customers and plays a critical role in delivering a professional, responsive, and customer-focused experience throughout the sales journey

Lead Management & Qualification
