Digital Sales Customer service

Job Description


Support the E-commerce team in handling customer enrollment and onboarding processes


  • ensuring smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction across digital channels.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.

  • Support customers during the enrollment and onboarding journey.

  • Process orders accurately in the system.

  • Follow up on incomplete applications and pending documents.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (CX / Sales) when needed.

  • Ensure all customer data is entered correctly and updated.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.

  • Maintain high service quality standards.

Support daily reporting and basic tracking activities.


Skills


Strong communication skills (Arabic & English).


  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles.

  • Good computer skills (Excel, email handling).

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Education

Business, Marketing, Management, MIS, or related field
