We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to manage online customer inquiries, promote our products and services, prepare engaging marketing content, and convert digital leads into successful sales.

This role combines indoor sales, customer engagement, social media support, and digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Inquiry Management

• Respond to customer inquiries received through:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• WhatsApp
• Company Website
• Email
• Telephone
• Understand customer requirements.
• Recommend suitable Smart Home and ELV solutions.
• Explain p
• products and services professionally.
• Schedule site surveys and appointments.
• Follow up until the sales opportunity is closed.

Indoor Sales

• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Support repeat business and referrals.

Social Media & Content Support

Work closely with the Social Media Executive to:

• Prepare product information.
• Develop educational content ideas.
• Explain Smart Home features and customer benefits.
• Create FAQs and customer guides.
• Suggest video topics and campaign ideas.
• Write captions, product descriptions, and promotional messages.
• Help create content that educates and builds trust.

Product Knowledge

Develop expertise in:

• Smart Home Automation
• Smart Lighting
• Smart AC Control
• Smart Curtains
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control
• Video Intercom
• Wi-Fi Solutions
• Home Cinema
• Audio Video Systems
• Gate Barrier Systems
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Be able to confidently explain features, benefits, and use cases to customers.

CRM & Lead Management

• Record all inquiries in the CRM system.
• Track leads and follow-up activities.
• Update customer information.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Generate daily and weekly sales reports.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer support before and after sales.
• Respond promptly to messages and emails.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Support

Assist with:

• Product launches
• Promotional campaigns
• Social media content planning
• Customer success stories
• Testimonial collection
• Email marketing
• Digital promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Indoor Sales, Customer Service, Tele Sales, Digital Sales, or Social Media Customer Support.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Number of qualified leads handled
• Sales conversion rate

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
