Position Overview:
As a Sales and Client Relations Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling business expansion by skillfully converting leads into substantial sales and cultivating enduring client relationships. This remote role necessitates a candidate with a solid foundation in client communication and sales, and a basic understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing services would be considered advantageous. Exceptional proficiency in English communication is a must for effectively engaging with clients and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels to understand their needs and promote our services.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into successful business transactions.

Client Communication:

  • Conduct professional client calls, addressing inquiries, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
  • Respond to client emails in a timely and articulate manner, showcasing a strong command of the English language.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our technical teams, facilitating smooth communication and project understanding.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the US market.
  • Provide valuable insights to improve our services and enhance our competitive edge.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communication history.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 year of proven experience in sales, lead conversion, and client relations.
  • Exellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Web Development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
