The Digital Sales Officer is responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth through various online channels. Plan and manage flynas’s online sales through its website & Application and utilize on page SEO and advertising tools to increase direct sales on flynas.com.
Key Accountabilities:
• Strategic and planning
• Initiate and implement the online direct sales plan to drive digital revenue growth.
• Identify and target new customer segments through digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and Application platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital sales.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Website & Application
• Update website content and information.
• Create new landing pages.
• Implement on-going A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, and landing pages.
• Work with internal development and design teams to create dynamic landing pages.
• Understand use of landing pages and how to write effective call-to-actions.
• Manage and optimize website retargeting programs.
• Work on ways to improve and track site performance.
• Manage and optimize website retargeting programs.
• Paid Digital Advertising
• Create an effective performance campaign.
• Create and manage paid search campaigns with major search engines – Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc with a focus on higher ROI and lowering CPC.
• Design, develop and monitor digital media buying campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights. • Manage pay-per-click campaigns.
• Develop keyword and contextual search strategies.
• Take key concepts and extrapolate to metrics and reporting.
• Wire effective Ad captions
• Follow up on affiliate marketing campaign, track and monitor the campaigns.
Emails
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase our revenue.
• Write attractive content for email marketing that can increase the email open rate and bookings. • Enhance and optimize the sent emails to customers like confirmation email, retargeting email, nasmiles email, survey email
