Digital Sales Representative

About Us:


As Lendo continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, managing outreach campaigns, and using HubSpot CRM to streamline engagement across the sales funnel. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align on growth strategies, track performance against key targets, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients. By driving efficient lead conversion and contributing to market expansion, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening Lendo’s position in the crowd lending space and supporting our mission to empower businesses with innovative, Shari’ah-compliant financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation

  • Research and identify new leads within the crowd lending industry.
  • Utilize online platforms, social media, and digital tools to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline

Lead Qualification :

  • Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with Lendo’s financial solutions and services.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their financing needs and evaluate their fit with our offerings.

Cold Calling and Outreach :

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients, clearly communicating Lendo’s value proposition.
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and networking efforts.

CRM Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  • Regularly track and update the sales pipeline to reflect the status of each lead and opportunity.

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, sales metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving sales strategies.

Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Share insights and feedback with the sales team to optimize overall conversion rates and performance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or equivalent CRM software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the fintech or crowd lending space is a plus.
