We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will manage and drive online sales, assist customers through digital channels, and ensure a seamless e-commerce experience. You will play a key role in boosting online visibility and revenue while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the retail shop’s online store including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.
• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Upsell and cross-sell products through digital channels.
• Track sales performance, report on trends, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support online promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, ensuring issues are addressed quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and online sales tools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in online sales, retail, or e-commerce preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms noon, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook social media
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
