Digital Sales Representative

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships while leading business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of sales acumen and technical expertise, allowing them to clearly demonstrate the value of our products and services. You will play a key role in supporting client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage client relationships through effective account management practices.
  • Conduct B2B sales activities, including warm calling, to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Apply negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales goals.
  • Partner with marketing to develop strategies that improve client engagement.
  • Analyze client needs and market trends to deliver customized solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to track interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales progress.
  • Provide technical sales support, showcasing product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Drive initiatives to grow the client base and strengthen customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales.
  • Strong background in business development with emphasis on B2B strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in managing client accounts and contributing to team success.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and client requirements.
