Job Title: Growth Executive – Digital Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales professional who will play a key role in qualifying leads, engaging with customers, and supporting the business team in driving growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify new leads and hand them over to the business team, while also identifying opportunities from existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and existing customers to build strong relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business needs and hand them over to the sales team.
- Identify and generate opportunities from the existing customer base to support account growth.
- Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to enable informed outreach and engagement.
- Manage and track leads through CRM tools to ensure visibility, accountability, and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Partner Centre teams to explore co-sell opportunities and strengthen business growth.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proven ability to qualify leads and create opportunities from both new and existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of business applications, enterprise solutions, and IT services (ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, HRMS, etc.).
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Strong research and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
