Senior Business Analyst — Job Description Position Summary Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with overall 12 to 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years in Business Analysis roles. The ideal candidate will partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to define business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle: elicitation, validation, prioritization, specification, and sign-off. • Develop functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and wireframes as needed. • Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to uncover latent needs and align priorities. • Support solution design by collaborating with architects, UX designers, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. • Perform impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed changes and enhancements. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demo, retrospectives) and ensure user stories are ready for development. • Define and validate acceptance criteria; participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution. • Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities. • Produce and maintain documentation: requirements repository, change logs, process diagrams, and release notes. • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior BAs and act as a subject matter expert for assigned domains or products.
