We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Creator with 2–4 years of strong experience in digital marketing, social platforms, and content-driven brand growth. In this role, you will take ownership of developing high-impact content, managing multi-channel social presence, and executing integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Storytelling
Ideate, write, and edit compelling long- and short-form content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Work with designers to produce visually engaging digital assets including videos, infographics, reels, and campaign creatives.
Create content aligned with brand positioning, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
Social Media Ownership
Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Plan and schedule content calendars, develop platform-specific content, and monitor real-time performance.
Engage with audiences, respond to comments & messages, and foster active community interactions.
Integrated Campaign Execution
Support end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns encompassing digital channels, influencer partnerships, events, and email marketing.
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Contribute ideas for demand-generation and brand-building activities across touchpoints.
Research & Insights
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, engagement patterns, and audience needs.
Apply insights to optimize content performance and inform campaign planning.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs across content and social channels, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Leverage analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment.
Brand Management
Ensure consistency in brand message, tone, and visual identity across communications.
Assist in developing narrative frameworks and content guidelines for brand storytelling.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, or social media management.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published or publicly visible work.
Hands-on experience with social tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and collaborate fluidly with multidisciplinary teams.
