Digital Solution Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse, ALM), Office 365, and related tools.
• Collaborate with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities and create scalable solutions.
• Strengthen governance and system controls through process and template design.
• Improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency to enhance cash flow, working capital, and service quality.
• Train and mentor citizen developers and CoE teams to ensure adoption of automation best practices.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, ensure compliance with governance standards, and meet project deliverables.
• Continuously review existing processes and automation solutions for improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, conduct proof-of-concepts, and drive innovation globally.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in process-driven or customer-focused environments.
• Proven track record in automation tools implementation and leading small to medium-sized projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivering training to large audiences.
• Strong learning agility, analytical skills, and adaptability to new technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risks, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
