Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who supports the planning, execution and optimization of growth strategies across marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with sales and product team to align growth activities with company goals
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and new growth opportunities
Monitoring competitor growth strategies and suggest on the areas of improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Masters degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital growth or a related role.
Hands on experience in data analysis and growth metrics
Strong expertise in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
Familiar with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment
