Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Expertto oversee our company’s social media strategy and execution. This role is responsible for managing and growing our online presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business goals through compelling content and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and others.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform and audience.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with product launches, campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop creative assets and campaign materials.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to assess ROI and optimize strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (optional depending on experience).
• Engage with influencers and industry professionals to expand brand reach.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executiver or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and community building.
• Video editing skills (for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
