Key Responsibilities:
- Create original, engaging, and visually appealing digital content to tell stories across social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, and social media teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, and human-interest stories
- Develop scripts, captions, and storyboards for reels, shorts, and other bite-sized content formats
- Edit and repurpose footage for social-first storytelling (e.g., vertical reels, carousel posts, shorts)
- Craft narratives that highlight the purpose, process, and people behind productions.
- Stay up to date with digital and social trends, applying relevant formats and tones to storytelling
- Use analytics and feedback to refine content strategy and optimize engagement
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and tone across all digital touchpoints
- Archive and catalog digital assets and stories for future use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital content creation or storytelling (especially in a media/production house setting)
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in basic editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro)
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, digital trends, and audience behavior
- Ability to turn complex production work into relatable human stories
- A proactive, creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and detail
