Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Presence: Be the face of the brand across social media platforms through regular appearances in Reels, TikToks, and other video formats.
- Content Ideation: Research trends, brainstorm creative video concepts, and develop viral content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Video Production: Collaborate with the creative and production teams to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok, Reels, and social media trends, memes, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Community Engagement: Engage with audiences through comments, duets, challenges, and other interactive formats to boost engagement and reach.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze video performance and audience insights to refine future content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and digital marketers to ensure content supports campaign goals and brand identity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong on-camera confidence and natural storytelling ability.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with a knack for turning simple ideas into viral moments.
- Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop tools like CapCut, Premiere, or InShot).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think fast, adapt to trends, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Experience as a content creator, influencer, or in a similar social media role is a plus.
