Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manage to manage our online presence and digital advertising across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be experienced in content creation, social media strategy, and must have hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (especially Meta and Google Ads). You will play a key role in building brand awareness, growing our audience, and generating leads/sales through social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, including posting, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
• Design and execute monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Create, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads), and preferably Google Ads.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams for creative assets.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and use insights to improve strategies.
• Stay updated with current trends, tools, algorithms, and competitors.
• Work with influencers, coordinate giveaways, and manage collaborations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong experience in creating and managing social media ad campaigns is a must.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and understanding of ad formats, targeting, budgets, and performance optimization.
• Creative thinking with strong writing and content planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Google Ads experience
• Basic photography or content shooting/editing skills
• SEO knowledge for social content
• Shopify or e-commerce platform knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
