  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external partners like graphic designers and printers. Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners to support major events and promotional campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Performance & ROI: Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening) to quantify campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for leadership and input to revenue forecasting.
  • Digital Content Oversight: Oversee the social media content calendar, coordinate the design and production of visual assets, and manage email communication to current and prospective residents.
  • Website and Copywriting: Maintain and edit website content to ensure accuracy regarding policies, rates, and deadlines. Write and edit short-form advertising copy and video scripts for campaigns and storytelling projects.
  • Outreach and Events: Coordinate and support events, including tabling and informational presentations across the BFO units.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Work in close collaboration with BFO department heads, divisional and university partners, to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with departmental goals.
