Digital Strategy Lead

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 base

Position Summary

The Digital Strategy Lead will own all digital performance marketing efforts, from SEM to SEO to paid social. This role is central to driving enrollment growth and ROI for the client. You will design and execute high-impact digital campaigns, oversee analytics, and build dashboards that demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies across search, social, display, programmatic, and OTT.
  • Lead SEM campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness.
  • Optimize SEO and local SEO to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Build and manage dashboards, presenting campaign performance to senior leadership.
  • Integrate CRM data (Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot) for segmentation and targeting.
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure alignment across channels.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in digital marketing with a focus on SEM, SEO, and performance campaigns.
  • Expertise in GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven history of driving conversions, reducing CPAs, and demonstrating ROI.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, funnel optimization, and campaign testing.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
