What you will do:
As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will own the Chiller Access Manager (YORK.com/ChillerAccess) feature deployed on numerous chiller products. The Digital Strategy Manager is meant to act as the feature champion and is accountable for virtually all aspects of the feature without having direct authority over all the resources required to deliver the results. This will include managing development and sustaining IT resources, coordination with local sales and service branches, collaborating with the marketing team on content, implementing process improvements for the global engineering and manufacturing teams, and data analysis and development.
Qualified candidate should possess strong skills such as organizational abilities, interpersonal communications, and data visualization and analysis. Must have an attention to detail and be able to work closely in a team environment to set and meet deadlines. Ensures timely and quality responses to both internal and external customers.
How you will do it:
Maintain the overall Chiller Access Manager roadmap and prioritize execution based on customer feedback, sales input, and competitive benchmarks
Review and develop regular data reports and/or dashboards to assess potential issues in Chiller Access Manager to create a proactive view.
Develop and maintain standard, customer centric Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
Maintain regular communication with IT support and development teams to address open issues and prioritize an enhancement roadmap.
Globally, develop marketing and data-focused initiatives to leverage Chiller Access Manager data for service, warranty, or other related business units.
Help with launch and training material as Chiller Access Manager is developed for additional products. This includes requirements identification, literature updates, training, field communication, coordination of chiller controls engineering, and platform upgrades.
Support sales and service with customer calls as needed.
What we look for:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering, Information Technology, Data Analysis, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategy, product, or application management.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written) to be clear, concise, and compelling while working with customers and employees.
Organizational skills utilizing web-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams with shared files and folders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in HVAC/chillers is preferred.
Experience with business-based systems, such as Oracle, is preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in managing a team and working across multiple business units/functions.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000 – 115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a
