Job Description
We are looking for a Health Digital Support Specialist with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The primary responsibility is to communicate with international clients through our online support portal, respond to inquiries, and ensure a professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Chat with clients through our support portal in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand client concerns and provide accurate information or assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of client interactions.
- Follow company communication standards and support procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client conversations simultaneously.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite during night shift hours.
- Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or healthcare support is preferred but not required.
